How It Works
Build your order, approve order and art proof, then we print it and ship it. Here's exactly what happens at each stage.
One
Add one or more garments and colors to your order, set your quantities, answer a few questions about your artwork, and choose your decoration method and production time. You'll see your total* before you hit submit.
*We double check all pricing for any adjustments needed. A final order approval will be emailed to you before proceeding.
Two
We review your order and uploaded artwork, then send you a proof to approve along with a payment link. Your production clock does not start until your art is approved and payment is made, so the sooner you approve, the sooner your order ships. Need design help? That's available too.*
*Standard design creation/redraws billed at $25/hr. For complex art request quote.
Three
Once your order and art are approved and payment is made, your order enters into production to ship by the number of days you selected when submitting your order.
Production time is counted in business days, not including weekends and holidays.*

Four
Every order ships free to the address you provide when you submit your order. Shipping transit time is separate from your production timeline. Please plan for a few additional days in transit after production wraps, especially for time-sensitive events.
A Note on Timing
Production times are counted in business days. The clock starts once your order and artwork are approved and paid, and shipping time comes after that. If you need your shirts by a certain date, leave a few extra days for approving your proof and for shipping.
